Yes, all 3 of our home warranty plans, ShieldSilver, ShieldGold, ShieldPlatinum, include coverage for the parts and components of toilets.

Our standard home warranty contract term is 1 year and renews for additional 1-year terms unless canceled. You can place your first service request 30 days after you sign up for your plan. You will not be charged until your coverage begins at the 30-day mark.

If we can’t repair your toilet, we’ll replace it subject to the limitations and exclusions in your plan agreement and remove the defective item.

Yes, leaks due to normal wear and tear are typically covered. Issues from improper installation or neglect are not. Refer to your plan agreement for details.
